We want you to be fully satisfied with your Nixon purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all unworn apparel and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
